Job summary

Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Facilities & Asset Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, organization, and readiness of our facilities and physical assets across events nationwide. The role combines facilities management, asset oversight, and preventive maintenance planning, with vendor coordination and budgeting support.

Travel is significant to service company offices, warehouses, yards, and venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, asset management, maintenance coordination, operations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of fleet vehicles, trailers, warehouses, or operational equipment preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, appearance, and operational readiness of offices, warehouses, storage yards, and facilities.
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure properties are safe, organized, clean, and compliant with standards.
• Monitor facility systems and coordinate vendor services as needed.
• Manage readiness of company vehicles, trailers, event equipment, and assets.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance schedules, and servicing of equipment.
• Support equipment deployment, transportation, and post-event recovery.
• Develop relationships with mechanics, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Assist with budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements.
