Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a Manager Production to lead production for assigned events, coordinating budgets, logistics, and sponsor/vendor requirements. You will supervise staff, ensure contract and budget adherence, and drive high-quality show execution to meet client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a focus on safeguarding assets and delivering exceptional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in production management or live events.
• Experience interpreting event contracts and building budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for the venue and advise on production capabilities.
• Advance and coordinate all technical aspects, including logistics and rentals.
• Manage show budgets, expenses, and contract adherence.
• Communicate advance information to all stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Oversee day-of-show operations and ensure quality execution and client satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising production staff.
