Job summary

Versant Media is seeking a Production Coordinator to support Production & Technical Managers, coordinating logistics, travel, equipment, vendors, and financial documentation for large-scale events and remote productions.

The role requires 2–3 years of production coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This hybrid position generally requires three days per week in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in production coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with production tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for large-scale events and remote productions, including scheduling, equipment needs, certificates of insurance, vendor coordination, shipping, and materials.
• Collaborate with Production & Technical Managers to execute plans and ensure requirements are met on time.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for production teams and talent; assist with packing, shipping, and tracking equipment.
