Versant Media in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage attendee inquiries, registration pages, and communications for live events. This hybrid role supports audience development and on-site operations, coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, production, and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in event coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for attendee inquiries via dedicated inboxes and respond professionally.
• Research, develop, and maintain invitee databases aligned with demographics and seniority.
• Build and maintain registration landing pages and microsites for seamless attendee registration.
• Draft, schedule, and manage all event communications (pre- and post-event emails).
• Update marketing landing pages with speakers, agenda, sponsors, and program details.
• Support cross-platform outreach across email, phone, digital, TV and social channels.
• Coordinate on-site attendee check-in for a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with production to organize on-site registration materials (badges, lanyards, etc.).
• Create, distribute, and analyze post-event surveys to derive insights.
