Job summary

Bright AV, a Denver-based live events AV production company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team. You will help coordinate content, schedules, and production details, support productions on-site, and work across departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication, has a can-do attitude, and is willing to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within Bright AV.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Awareness of corporate and association events.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in modern digital ecosystem.
• Final candidates will be subject to background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between production team, creative team, client, marketing, and presenters.
• Assist in coordinating production aspects with the broader production team and vendors.
• Create and maintain production schedules, rehearsals, and run of show.
• Travel on site to productions and support team leads.
• Book travel arrangements for crew and manage cost-effectiveness.
• Manage content/media assets and support streaming/broadcast platforms.
