Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Boston is seeking an experienced Production Lead to coordinate on-site event production, manage staff, budgets, and vendor relations for live tours and venues. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality artist experiences.

Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize staffing, costs, and vendor services, while maintaining detailed records and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of event-based production experience.
• Experience in live music, touring, or venue operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production requirements between touring artists, clients, venues, contractors and vendors.
• Support all aspects of event production from load-in to load-out.
• Oversee backstage operations including staff and vendors.
• Assist with staffing, budgeting, and labor cost control.
• Maintain production schedules and show records.
• Assist with show accounting, settlements and vendor payments.
