Job summary

Live Nation Boston is seeking an Assistant Production Manager for Citizens House of Blues Boston to support touring artists and local productions. You will coordinate crew, vendors, and venues, ensuring shows run safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years in event production, strong organization and communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. You will assist with staffing, scheduling, show accounting, and lead production on busy nights.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of event-based production experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate with artists, venues, and vendors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic show accounting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production needs between touring artists, venue teams, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee backstage operations and labor scheduling within budget.
• Maintain production schedules, show records, cost spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Assist with show accounting, settlements, and vendor payments.
• Lead production duties during the Production Manager's absence and train staff
