Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Production Assistant in Philadelphia, PA to support planning, logistics, and financial administration for live events from pre-production through show settlement.

You will coordinate logistics, assist with budgets, payroll, vendor dealings, and interdepartmental communications in a fast-paced environment. The role interfaces with Production Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate show settlements, and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting live events or production teams is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Production Assist with all show related duties from pre-sale through event completion.
• Schedule and payroll: employee scheduling, payroll, vendor rentals, invoices, payments.
• Prepare show budgets, forecasts, cash reconciliation, and show recaps.
• Settle shows.
• Assist Production Managers with Expense Reports and admin tasks.
• Schedule in-person and Zoom meetings; support interdepartmental communication.
• Assist production staff with job functions as needed.
• Review show riders to advance office and dressing room needs.
• Procure show rental items with the production managers.
• Liaise backstage with tour staff and dressing room coordinators.
• Procure automobile rentals and assign staff to vehicles.
• Document rental vehicle usage: mileage, fuel, maintenance, damage.
• Enter department payroll per Production Manager instructions; develop reports.
• Coordinate with local caterer for advance communication.
