Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Stagehand for the Concerts Division. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, and hourly pay.

You’ll be part of the show and event production, performing technical tasks to support touring and venue operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of production experience, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization.
• 3 years minimum production experience.
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
• High School diploma required.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to communicate with production crew and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift.
• Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty.
• Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures.
• Performs the load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment.
• Band set changes.
• Ensure that members of the band have required items needed to perform the show.
• Communicate the evening’s event details to production crew.
• Hang show banners, update marquees and other signage in the venue.
• Assist lighting & audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM; Spotlight operation if required.
• Maintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipment.
• Maintain and secure House backline, and supplies.
• Maintain curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items.
• Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner.
• Assist with any special events operations, as needed.
• Ensure stage area and loading dock are free from debris.
