Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hands-on production assistant to support talent and show operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with touring and house teams, handle errands, set up artist hospitality, and maintain backstage areas with confidentiality as a priority.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, familiarity with Windows, and physical stamina for long days and lifting up to 75 lb; college degree preferred but not required, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must be 21+ for alcohol purchasing purposes.
• Knowledge of or experience in touring or stage production operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Availability for long hours, late hours, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production with touring and house production teams.
• Set up and maintain artist hospitality; oversee dressing rooms and bus stock, including after-show meal coordination.
• Maintain towels and backstage areas; ensure cleanliness and lack of clutter.
• Manage petty cash and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in supervising all aspects of production from load-in to load-out.
