Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hospitality/production assistant to support touring and stage operations, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to bands, keeping stage and backstage areas clean, and assisting with show passes and guest lists.

You will work with the Production Manager and Production Coordinator, perform opening/running/closing duties, and help locate regional restaurants and stores.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent.
• Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter.
• Assist with show passes and guest list distribution.
• Assist Production Manager and Production Coordinator with artist needs.
• Perform opening/running/closing side duties per policy.
• Know the region to locate restaurants, stores, and attractions.
• Maintain company safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying pleasant and professional.
