SpotMe is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the frontline for global customers across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You will be the face of SpotMe and Onomi, solving complex problems, guiding clients, and ensuring seamless event execution worldwide.

You will investigate issues, reproduce them, and work with Engineering to provide fixes or workarounds. The role emphasizes calm under pressure, fast decision‑making, and empathetic communication.

Qualificações

• Real troubleshooting instinct: form a theory, test it, and verify results.
• Curiosity about networks, browsers, video and audio systems.
• Rapid analytical reasoning under time pressure.
• Clear, empathetic communication with non‑technical leads.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate real issues, reproduce them, and create workarounds when fixes are unavailable.
• Collaborate with Engineering to keep product experience at a high standard.
• Join on‑call rotation to support critical live customer needs.
• Manage multiple live issues with calm, accuracy, and speed.
