You’ll partner with Engineering to maintain high-quality product experiences during missions-critical events. Join a global, 24/7 team delivering rapid, empathetic support across live events, sessions, and speaker setups.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense and primary contact for customers, solving real problems and guiding users with confidence.
• Investigate issues, reproduce them, create workarounds when fixes aren’t immediately available, and document investigations for sharing with the team.
• Work closely with Engineering to maintain a high-quality product experience during events.
• Join a global 24/7 follow-the-sun team to ensure timely and high-quality support.
