Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Events Technology to provide frontline support for clients using our events tech and AV systems. This hybrid role blends remote assistance, periodic onsite training, and in-office testing at the Philadelphia office to ensure seamless event experiences.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong client relationships, and have a passion for technology in live events and production.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical support, helpdesk, or client-facing tech role.
• Familiarity with AV systems, events technology, or production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries related to events technology, AV systems, and software platforms via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Travel to client sites to deliver hands-on training on software platforms and AV/events technology.
• Report to the Philadelphia office to assist in testing, configuration, and quality assurance of AV and events technology equipment ahead of deployments.
