1–3 years in a technical support, helpdesk, or client‑facing tech role.
Familiarity with AV systems or events technology.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non‑tech users.
Occasional travel about once per month.

Responsibilities

Serve as the frontline contact for client inquiries on events technology and AV systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely; document interactions and resolutions.
Deliver onsite training to clients and develop user guides.
Test and QA AV and events equipment in the Philadelphia area office; collaborate with teams.
Escalate complex issues and ensure follow‑through to resolution.
