Job summary

Legends is seeking an Event Supervisor to oversee event activities with a focus on guest experience and smooth day‑to‑day operations. This position reports to the Program Manager and requires hands‑on leadership of event staff.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing and HR, manage schedules, training, and ensure compliance with safety and policy standards while supporting setup and breakdown across venues and client relations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced venue environment.
• Experience in supervising event staff and managing multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing event staff and perform special projects as requested.
• Train and direct team, assign work, address guest concerns, and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily line schedules for associates and maintain cash/log records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and HR and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events and support client relations as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operate across multiple roles and locations.
