Job summary

Spectacle Live in Lowell, MA is seeking a Manager of Event Operations to oversee planning and execution of concerts, performances, and private rentals at Lowell Memorial Auditorium.

You’ll lead event logistics from advance planning through post-event settlement and act as the primary liaison among promoters, clients, venue staff, and partners. This is a full-time role requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of event management experience in live entertainment or similar venues.
• Experience advancing events and coordinating multiple departments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of event execution from advance planning to post-event settlement.
• Coordinate logistics with promoters, renters, and clients.
• Develop event timelines, staffing plans, and operational documents.
• Oversee load-ins, event operations, and load-outs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned events and ensure venue readiness.
