Job summary

ACT Entertainment in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Service Technician to assist the Service Team with equipment service and repairs. You will help prepare new and demo ACT product lines and ensure a clean, organized work area for efficient operations.

The role requires willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and/or weekends, and strong communication with customers and colleagues. Prior live event production exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED with up to 3 months related live event production experience.
• Experience with diagnostic and repair tools is preferred.
• Proactive, organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment diagnostics, service, and repairs.
• Quality control for new and demo equipment for the sales team.
• Quality control for equipment that has been repaired or serviced.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
