Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Stage Production Technician to support live events. This role involves load-in/load-out of gear, coordinating passes, and assisting audio/lighting crews to ensure flawless operations.

Requirements include 3+ years in tour/stage production, experience with lighting, pro-audio, and basic video systems, plus strong organization and communication skills. This is an on-site, full-time position with a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tour and stage production experience is required.
• Experience with stage lighting, pro-audio systems, and basic video setups.
• Ability to multitask across projects and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for planning and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental gear.
• Prepare guest lists and passes under the Stage Manager's direction.
• Assist audio and lighting crews with cabling and setup.
• Manage band set changes and ensure items are ready for each show.
• Coordinate evening-event details with production crew.
• Hang banners, update marquees, and maintain venue signage.
• Operate spotlight and lighting functions as directed.
• Maintain and repair sound, light, and stage equipment.
• Support show passes and backline coordination.
• Ensure safe, clean operation of stage areas during events.
• Contribute to special-event operations and post-show cleanup.
