Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality setting. You will deliver unmatched customer service to guests and clients while ensuring equipment is secure and functioning.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining inventories and SOP compliance. A high school diploma and exposure to AV/hospitality are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with exposure to AV/hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer hardware, software and networking knowledge desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist floor operations, including setup and strike of AV equipment.
• Operate technology solutions in hotel/hospitality environment.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies for all events.
• Keep inventory and equipment secure and in good working order.
• Collaborate with team to enhance guest experience.
