Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of warehouse work experience.
• Quality Control experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of moving lights is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of product codes and terminology.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong adherence to safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical skills and sound inventory judgment.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs while maintaining composure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments — pack, protect, label boxes for domestic and international pickups, and monitor shipments in transit.
• Bridge between teams — coordinate activities between the warehouse and service departments.
• Keep meticulous records — document items shipped and verify information, quantity, and condition.
• Process incoming orders — inspect item condition, compare counts to PO and packing lists, document discrepancies.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and replenish items as needed.
• Perform final assemblies and sub-assemblies, including labeling and visual inspection.
• Perform quality checks against specification sheets.
• Generate purchase orders for marketing vendors and intercompany shipments.
• Use TrackIt and Microsoft AX to keep everything organized.
• Provide team support and assist as needed.
• Test and prepare demo equipment so it's show-ready.
