Job summary

Insomniac, a leader in live music experiences, is seeking a Box Office Attendant to support ticketing operations at events. You will provide high-level customer service, assist with Will Call orders, and help guests at the box office and related ticketing areas.

Candidates should be comfortable using computers, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to travel to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must feel comfortable using a computer.
• Ability to interact professionally and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in box office training for Front Gate system and assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify Will Call orders by verifying customer information and distribute tickets accurately.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain a professional, helpful attitude.
