Job summary

Insomniac Music Group is seeking a Box Office Attendant to deliver high-level customer service for ticketing at the box office and resolution areas. You will assist fans with tickets, will call orders, and event information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training on the Front Gate box office system, verifying order details, resolving scanning issues, and handling cash and card transactions with the POS system while maintaining a positive attitude and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service-related work experience is preferred.
• Must feel comfortable with using a computer.
• Interact professionally with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner.
• Must be able to de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
• Employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in a training session for the Front Gate box office system to help patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify will call orders by verifying customer information to distribute tickets correctly.
• Resolve ticket scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Accurately administer cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate information about the event and assist attendees as needed.
