Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment in Nashville. The role reports to Operations leadership and requires customer-focused service, safety, and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (Associate's preferred), hospitality or customer service experience, and basic AV troubleshooting skills. A valid driver's license is required; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected. On-site hotel settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceeds expectations of internal and external customers and maintains client relationships.
• Communicates effectively with guests on site and monitors events to ensure equipment works properly.
• Completes order entries and interacts with staff/vendors for equipment and invoicing.
