Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations in a hotel or hospitality setting. You will assist with setup, strikes, and operation of AV and event technology to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset to ensure events run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software, and networking).

Responsibilities

• Set up, strike, and operate AV/tech systems per SOPs.
• Greet guests and provide clear equipment operation instructions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Monitor inventory and ensure equipment is secure and in good working order.
• Report lost, stolen or damaged equipment immediately to management.
• Maintain clean, organized event spaces and assist with on-site logistics.
