Job summary

ON Services in Atlanta is hiring an Audio Visual Technician to support setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment in hospitality venues. You will prep equipment, assist clients, and work with the Director of Audio Visual Services to ensure flawless event execution.

The role requires at least a year of related experience, a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Evening/weekend shifts and travel to venues may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in hospitality, customer service, or event support.
• Basic understanding of AV equipment and event operations.
• Strong customer service and professional communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for events.
• Support live events by ensuring equipment is tested and ready.
• Provide client and venue partner support with professional service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment care.
• Complete daily paperwork and training as required.
