The Audio Visual Technician role supports daily setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment within hospitality venues, ensuring equipment readiness and professional client experiences across venues and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, event support, or related field.
• Basic understanding of audio visual equipment or willingness to learn technical operations.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction with clients, guests, venue partners, and team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down audio visual equipment for events.
• Support event execution by ensuring equipment is prepared and tested.
• Assist with equipment inventory, organization, and care.
• Provide professional support to venue partners, clients, guests, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
