Responsibilities

• Represent SBMG in a high-level professional manner.
• Perform all duties as an SBMG AVT.
• Support the property and all existing properties as necessary.
• Support the client and all existing clients as necessary.
• Assist sales at the property and area.
• Proactively ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Set/Operate/Strike of all Audio, Video, Lighting and services SBMG offers.
• Learn equipment operation and train others as needed.
• Participate in pre-conference meetings with clients when necessary.
• Create event estimates with accurate pricing for clients.
• Be the on-site contact for events on the premises.
• Follow SBMG protocols for AV products and services.
• Complete assigned event setup and teardown.
• Ensure inventory ships and returns correctly.
• Plan and implement event setups, operations and strikes.
• Record event inventory usages with event software.
• Provide professional technical support to customers.
• Provide solutions for presentation needs under pressure.
• Respond promptly to on-site events when needed.
• Set up and operate display devices, mounting systems, projectors, video walls.
• Operate audio systems including music programming and speech reinforcement.
• Secure signed work orders for added equipment.
• Manage storerooms and inventory counts.
• Deliver SBMG-level service.
• All other duties as assigned.
