Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in hospitality, customer service, event support, AV services, or related field.
• Basic understanding of audio visual equipment and event operations.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction with clients and partners.
• English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for events in a hospitality venue.
• Support live events by ensuring equipment is prepared, tested, and functioning.
• Assist with equipment inventory, organization, quality control, and care.
• Provide professional and responsive support to venue partners, clients, guests, and internal team.
• Promote exemplary customer service to facility partners and end-user clients.
