EPAM Systems is seeking a senior manager to expand our Live Entertainment offering. You will work with promoters, venues, ticketing platforms, and rights‑holders to translate challenges into actionable tech and process solutions.

Role emphasizes delivery, innovation, and business development, with a focus on ticketing, venue operations, and monetization for live events. NYC-based, hybrid/work"from NYC" options possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience translating business challenges into technology and process solutions.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of live entertainment tech ecosystems including ticketing and CRM.
• Lead end-to-end engagements with planning, workshops, and solution design.
• Develop roadmaps and modernize platform architectures for client revenue goals.
• Design scalable solutions around loyalty, pricing, operations, and payments.
• Mentor junior consultants and support recruiting and growth.
