Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused technical leader to serve as Lead Engineer – Agentic AI Engineering. You will own the engineering, reliability, and lifecycle management of the enterprise agentic AI platform in a fast-paced live entertainment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
• 2+ years building LLM-based production apps (agentic systems).
• Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with a multi-model foundation-model estate and cost/quality trade-offs.
• Cloud cost management / FinOps for AI or data workloads.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading small engineering teams.
• Excellent communication to explain complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience securing LLM and agent systems: least-privilege access, guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation.
• Ability to travel 10-20% annually.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of the enterprise agentic AI stack (Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock, and control plane).
• Design, develop, and maintain production AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• Manage agent lifecycle: versioning, evaluation, promotion, monitoring, retirement; include CI regression gates.
• Develop MCP servers, tool integrations, and secure API gateways.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and context engineering frameworks.
• Establish reusable agent templates, architectures, and enterprise AI services.
• Embed security, governance, and privacy controls into agent pipelines.
• Own agent security controls in partnership with Cybersecurity & FinOps.
• Ensure production reliability, observability, and on-call readiness.
