Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a Lead for Tour Lifecycle Management to drive the day-to-day execution of the Entertainment touring portfolio. You will partner with promoters, venues, and internal teams to ensure shows are positioned for success from planning through post-event.

You will own lifecycle health, onsale readiness, and pipeline visibility, delivering dashboards and insights for strategic decisions while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in live entertainment, ticketing, touring, venue operations, or event management.
• Experience working with promoters, venues, booking agencies, or artist management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for multiple concurrent events.
• Experience using data and reporting to drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of active touring shows from booking through post-event.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Client Success, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Business Operations.
• Monitor concert lifecycle health and identify opportunities or risks affecting performance.
• Ensure clients and promoters receive consistent communication and support throughout the touring lifecycle.
• Maintain visibility into the touring pipeline and prepare recurring performance dashboards and executive reporting.
• Escalate strategic issues and resolve operational challenges while building strong relationships.
