Job summary

StubHub is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the performer landing and event selection experiences across web and mobile. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, Design and Data to deliver high-impact consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience leading consumer-facing web or mobile products with measurable commercial/customer outcomes.
• Strong technical judgment and participation in code reviews or system-design discussions.
• Experience applying AI to customer products or engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable commercial impact by defining success metrics and linking engineering investments to improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and GM S.
• Lead through experimentation with Product, Design, and Data; form hypotheses and evaluate results to guide investments.
• Create clarity from ambiguity; turn business problems into focused plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Raise talent density by hiring, coaching, and developing senior engineers; set clear expectations.
• Own technical quality through architecture tradeoffs, system design, and code-review discussions.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to improve customer experiences and engineering workflows with guardrails.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Marketing and other teams to align roadmaps with customer and business needs.
