Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) seeks a Security Supervisor to ensure a safe, positive guest experience across MSG venues in Chicago and beyond.

You will supervise security officers, lead training, coordinate with departments, and manage incident reports in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory security experience, preferably with union exposure, strong communication skills, and proven ability to mentor staff while handling

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
  • Preferred experience in events, sports, theatre operations within an entertainment venue.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead building and event security officers daily.
  • Develop front line colleagues and ensure engaging, safe guest experiences.
  • Coordinate scheduling, invoices, incident and daily reports, and logs.
  • Maintain security office space and equipment readiness; coordinate with maintenance and facilities.
  • Manage security programs, security advances, and VIP walkthroughs as needed.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide on-site leadership and represent security in cross‑functional teams.
