Job summary

MSG Entertainment is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our Chicago venues. You will supervise security officers, train staff, coordinate with other departments, and ensure guest safety while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, reports, and incident documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in security or related fields.
• Experience in events, sports, or theatre operations preferred.
• Experience writing reports and documenting staff performance.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building and event security officers daily.
• Develop frontline staff to deliver safe guest experiences.
• Train, evaluate, and coach frontline colleagues.
• Manage scheduling, invoices, incident and daily reports.
• Ensure security office space and equipment are prepared.
• Address customer concerns promptly.
• Support security programs and projects as needed.
• Supervise security officers and support personnel.
• Uphold appearance and presentation guidelines on-site.
