Job summary

Trilith LIVE in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee all ticketing operations, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across TM1/Archtics platforms.

You will supervise box office staff, collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Events to optimize sales, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining high service standards during nights and weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of box office or ticketing management experience.
• Proficiency with TM1, Archtics, or comparable systems.
• Experience managing financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and event days.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing platforms to ensure accurate event builds and pricing.
• Oversee all ticketing operations and financial reporting.
• Supervise Box Office Coordinators and staff.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile revenue and reports.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to build events and track campaign performance.
• Serve as primary contact for promoters and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with ticketing policies.
• Maintain SOPs for box office processes.
• Troubleshoot issues during events and on-sale periods.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with Trilith LIVE values.
