Job summary

Trilith LIVE, located in the Atlanta metro area, is seeking an experienced Event Manager to coordinate concerts, family shows, seminars, and private events. You will report to the Director of Events and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences in a 530,000-square-foot venue with multi-purpose spaces.

The role requires planning, contract interpretation, and strong vendor management, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum 2–3 years of event management or coordination experience at venues, performing arts centers, conventions, or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of event operations, including setup, production, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Meet with and guide clients to plan and organize assigned events, interpreting contract provisions and facility policies.
• Coordinate event services, delivery methods, and procedures for successful execution.
• Clearly communicate requirements to internal departments for setup, breakdown, and support needs.
• Supervise event staff and vendors, directing actions and resolving issues.
• Conduct pre/post event walks to ensure readiness and guest experience.
• Assist with on-sale maps and production changes impacting seating.
• Maintain event documentation, timelines, and post-event reports.
• Act as day-to-day liaison with clients and contractors to meet event needs.
• Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses; ensure accurate billing.
