Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Creator Live Manager to own end-to-end success of a portfolio of creators, helping them build scalable live businesses. You will collaborate across Product, Operations, Campaigns, Finance, and Algorithms to unlock growth opportunities and improve engagement and monetization.

You will drive growth strategies, incubation programs, and lifecycle management, while translating platform strategy into actionable creator initiatives and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in live commerce, creator management, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of content, creators, and performance-driven growth.
• Comfortable working with data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills — able to influence creators and XFN partners.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and performance of the Creator Live ecosystem within the assigned scope.
• Define and execute creator growth strategies across maturity stages.
• Lead creator incubation, education, and lifecycle management programs.
• Drive data-informed decisions by identifying performance gaps across traffic and live ops.
• Build scalable creator success models that can be replicated across the ecosystem.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Campaigns, Finance, and Algorithms teams to define priorities.
• Translate platform strategy into creator initiatives to improve capabilities and efficiency.
• Lead strategic planning for Creator Live programs and metrics.
• Drive operational excellence with playbooks and training programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand creator supply and accelerate growth.
