Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Senior Creator Operation Manager—Live to lead cross-functional teams in scaling livestreams, sourcing top creators, and driving live GMV globally. You will shape operations, optimize monetization strategies, and collaborate with content teams to push growth, while maintaining quality and engaging the creator ecosystem.

This role is based in Culver City, CA, with domestic travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related fields with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing partnerships within social media; strategic guidance for talent scaling; live events coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote livestream scale and GMV for creators.
• Source, onboard high-potential live shopping content creators to build a stable supply.
• Develop operations and strategies for global marketing and selling to achieve performance goals.
• Create best practices and refined strategies for global selling content using data-driven decisions.
• Improve user engagement and ensure high-quality after-sales service and fulfillment.
• Maintain market expertise in live streaming with a global industry perspective.
• Mentor junior team members.
