Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in ecommerce or live-streaming.
• Proven track record in business development and sales within live commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong relationship-building between tech platforms and sellers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Seller Live strategies to drive sustained GMV growth for TikTok Shop sellers.
• Analyze live-streaming performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights to optimize content and conversions.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned sellers, managing end-to-end live planning and coaching.
• Identify growth opportunities within the seller portfolio and drive incremental GMV through upsell.
• Collaborate with operations, campaigns, product, and other teams to align promotions with broader initiatives.
