Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office. You will coordinate trial support, install and maintain equipment, and ensure system security and data integrity across litigations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain government clearance. Ideal candidates have experience with IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, Nuix, and Law Pre-Discovery, plus strong problem solving and customer service

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to obtain required federal security clearance.
• Experience with litigation support principles and databases.
• Familiarity with IPRO Eclipse and Relativity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services including trial prep and presentation.
• Install, configure, and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity, and security.
• Provide customer training and support for litigation tools.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and manage data quality for ESI workflows.
