Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is recruiting for a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office. The role entails providing technical and analytical assistance for litigation support, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring secure, reliable systems and services.

You will install, configure, and maintain litigation support resources, assist with trial preparation, and deliver customer training and support to end users. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance is required.
• Experience with litigation support systems and databases is needed.
• Experience with IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, Nuix, and Law Pre-Discovery is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services (trial prep and presentation) per client needs.
• Install, configure, and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity, and data security.
• Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting for litigation tools.
• Diagnose and resolve user-reported incidents and maintain equipment inventory.
