Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Experience with Litigation Support principles and systems development.
• Familiarity with data quality and ESI specifications.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services for trial prep and presentation.
• Install, configure, and maintain litigation support equipment.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity, and efficiency.
• Maintain and inventory litigation support hardware.
• Provide customer training and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents.
