Job summary

CGS is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office. The role involves providing technical and analytical assistance in litigation support, coordinating trial prep, and ensuring system security and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, experience with IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, Nuix, and Law Pre-Discovery, and the ability to obtain the required government security clearance. On-site work in a federal environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with Litigation Support principles, methods, and practices.
• Experience with Litigation Support systems development concepts.
• Familiarity with ESI specifications and data quality controls.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates litigation support services including trial preparation and presentation.
• Performs testing, QA, configuration, installation, and maintenance of litigation support resources.
• Ensures systems availability, integrity, and efficiency.
• Implements security policies to protect systems, networks and data.
• Provides customer support including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Diagnoses and resolves incidents related to litigation support hardware and software.
