Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services including trial preparation and presentation.
• Install, configure, and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
• Ensure system availability, integrity, and security of litigation support resources.
• Provide user training and customer support for litigation tools.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and assist with litigation data processing.
