Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office. You will provide technical and analytical assistance for litigation data, trial preparation, and case workflows.

The role requires experience with IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, discovery processing tools such as Law Pre-Discovery and Nuix, and a strong focus on systems security. You will install, configure, and maintain litigation support hardware and software, ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Experience with litigation support principles, methods, and practices.
Ability to obtain Government security clearance after background investigation.
Experience with litigation support databases and load files (IPRO Eclipse, Relativity).
Familiarity with discovery processing hardware/software (Law Pre-Discovery, Nuix).

Responsibilities

Coordinate litigation support services including trial prep and presentation.
Administer litigation support systems: testing, QA, configuration, installation, and maintenance.
Ensure system availability, integrity, and efficiency for litigation needs.
Install and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
Resolve interoperability problems between hardware and software.
Maintain inventory of litigation support equipment.
Implement security programs to protect data and systems.
Provide user training and customer support for litigation tools.
Diagnose and resolve incidents reported by users.
