Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to join the United States Attorney's Office. The role provides technical and analytical support for litigation workflows, including trial preparation, data management, and user training to ensure timely, accurate information delivery.

The ideal candidate will deploy and maintain litigation support hardware and software, enforce security policies, resolve incidents, and collaborate with the district’s Litigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Experience with litigation support principles, methods, and practices.
• Experience with litigation support systems development concepts.
• Familiarity with IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, Nuix, and Law Pre-Discovery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation.
• Administrate litigation support systems: testing, QA, configuration, installation, and maintenance.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity, and efficiency.
• Install, configure, and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
• Resolve hardware/software interoperability issues and manage inventory.
• Enforce security policies to protect systems, networks, and data.
