Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. You will perform paralegal and administrative tasks related to the Healthcare Business (HCB) and support case development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience including subpoena processing.
• Experience with small claims litigation.
• Ability to manage sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake and assign matters.
• Manage subpoenas and records requests with state agencies.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA and related proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery, holds, data collection, deadlines.
• Arrange limited travel, process reimbursements, and manage check requests.
• Prepare and distribute litigation reports.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects.
• Demonstrate analytical ability and good judgment.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
