CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our Litigation Team. The role involves managing the litigation intake, subpoenas, NSA-related matters, and discovery, while coordinating travel, expenses, and reporting.

Qualifications

2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
Eligible for CVS Health bonus or incentive program in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities

Maintain the litigation matter intake process in the Legal Tracker system.
Manage subpoenas and requests for records in compliance with state laws.
Support in-house attorneys for NSA and related administrative proceedings.
Coordinate discovery: legal holds, document/data collection, deadlines.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for case management.
Lead or contribute to special legal projects and initiatives.
Demonstrate strong analytical ability, good judgment, and organization in litigation matters.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
