CVS Health is seeking a Legal Assistant for the Litigation Team to support the Healthcare Business in managing subpoenas, discovery, and case administration. You will handle sensitive data with confidentiality and assist attorneys in NSA-related matters and other administrative proceedings.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in legal support and research, a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process, including opening/closing matters in Legal Tracker.
• Manage third-party subpoenas and requests for records.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA and related proceedings.
• Coordinate the discovery process and manage data collections and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support including travel, reimbursements, and check requests.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for case management.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects.
